As you probably know, Gemma Lea the Westie has a number of food and grass allergies. By a number of means, the food allergies can be controlled quite easily, but there's an awful lot of grass about out there so Ian and Julie have had to be innovative. Ian gathered from the Interweb that small cotton teashirts could help in reducing the problem, especially where long grass comes into contact with a low tummy.

And they do help! Apart from anything else, they stop Gemma from scratching herself with those sharp little claws - instead she can only scratch the teashirt. Any teashirt will do of course but, oh no, Gemma had to have one that said on it, "Cold nose warm heart".

Beware of the owner!

And this one!
